15 + years experience in Deal Sourcing, Foreclosures & Workouts, Dispositions, Financial Analysis, Financial Modeling.
20 + years experience in Asset Management, Property Management, Renovations, Residential/Retail Leasing with NYC Rent Stabilized Stabilized and other Investment Properties.

Has worked with banks and lenders to oversee the exit of approximately $400m+/- of troubled loans.
